We’ve since grown into a fully remote, global team trusted by food brands, B2B services, and startups that need clarity and traction fast. From Fortune 100s to emerging players, we bring creative and strategic firepower without the overhead.

We’ve been remote from day one (long before it was cool!), and we operate across the U.S., UK, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Our flexible model scales up or down depending on the project, and our clients work directly with experienced leads, not layers.

Conan Venus, Founder

From small-town farm kid to punk-rock art school dropout to Managing Director of a top national account, Conan’s path to building CVAC is anything but conventional.

He started as a freelance illustrator and print designer, then rode the wave of early digital marketing into agency leadership. At Biggs|Gilmore (later acquired by VMLY&R), he led strategy and account management for clients like Kellogg’s and Heinz, overseeing $22M in annual billings and delivering award-winning campaigns over an eight-year span.

Conan founded CVAC in 2019 with one big client and a bigger belief: that strategy, clarity, and creativity should work together. Today, he leads the agency with a hands-on approach that blends big-brand thinking with lean execution.
